SHOPPING INFORMATION

Delivery charges for orders from the online shop?

Most delivery charges will be calculated in real time during the checkout process. On occasion, some products if over weight or over sized may require shipping arrangements via freight. Items requiring special shipping will be disclosed in the product listing.

We try to ship all orders in a timely 48-72 hours or faster. Holidays and weekends will impact shipping times.

You will recieve your invoice via email. You can also opt to log into your account with us and you will see a copy of all your purchases.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When is the order payment taken out of my bank account?

All payments are processed during the checkout process. On occasion we may have a product listed requiring special shipping terms. These items will be noted and may require offline processing over the phone. This will be clearly posting on the product page.

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged in shipping by the carrier please contact us ASAP to make arrangements to correct this or help file a claim with the shipping carrier

Generally, no. Once you place an order it has been processed. If there was a special circumstance and you reached out immediately after placing the order we may be able to stop the process for you.

When we ship your product you will be notified of the status update and provided with a tracking number for the carrier we used to ship your order. Tracking numbers can take up to 24-36 hours for the carrier to update and reflect status and location.
